To recruit new steemians, of course, we have to be able to show that with high consistency, anyone who joins will feel comfortable while in the steemit world. We have to start with an approach that makes it very possible that what we say is a fact. There may be questions about the content created how it will get curated. The first step we must take in recruiting new steemians, we must be ready with all the questions, especially for those who are first-time joining the blockchain world. Not only limited to guiding creating an account, we also have to teach newcomers where to start a self-introduction post, because it is their first time joining. Even so, there are also those who take shortcuts in creating content for the first time, which in the end will arise the question of why I did not curate, not to mention the other problems we face. The world of steemit has experienced a golden period so we must be able to reveal about this situation for old steemians who want to rejoin.

One thing we have to do when we recruit newcomers is that a good start starts from creating quality content so that we get awards according to the content we create. The thing that affects, is because there are old steemians who have experienced the pleasure of steem and SBD values ​​which are very high, so they are no longer active when everything goes down. Then they split up and joined Facebook, of course, when they first joined the resulting content sometimes received very high awards. So when we invite them or recruit a new steemian, we must be able to instill a very high optimism attitude for them. Because their knowledge is very limited in the world of steemit, There was a very tough discussion when I recruited new steemians in early September 2020, they said that we have to be good at writing, our photos must be of better quality using a camera that is good high quality. We certainly have to respond to this statement as well as possible so that they want to join Steemit, the problem of curation is not a very serious problem because the priority that must be done when you first join is to make friends, with friends will happen salaing communication about the world of steemit that they can do via comments on their posts, or on discord. Other things can be done via WhatsApp, Twitter or Facebook or other social media.

New steemians must always be given directions, so that they continue to hone their skills in terms of writing, photography, music, cooking, making videos and other things related to a life that they can learn when they join Steemit.

Of course they should also be directed to take advantage of social media to promote their work, such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, which of course can attract their attention to join immediately.

To recruit them, we can do it with various approaches, for example when we invite coffee or other meetings that we can use to promote steemit to them. There are important things that we must pay attention to when we invite them to join, one of which is the age factor, this is very important to pay attention to, especially for people who only use social media just to show off. So this has a very big impact on recruitment, never ask people who dont have optimism that they have the ability to do something in the steemit world.
