In my opinion, losing weight is certainly not an easy thing. But there are also things that must be done. Starting from eating healthy foods to regular exercise and increasing our body's metabolism.

Yes, metabolism or chemical reactions are involved in maintaining cell life and are divided into two categories. The first is catabolism, which is the process of breaking down molecules to get energy. The second is Anabolism, which is the synthesis of all compounds needed by cells. However, if the metabolism is high, the calories burned both when the body is active and at rest will be more, thus helping us to lose weight.

A high metabolism also means we will need more calories to maintain weight. Well, in order to increase the body's metabolism, there are several things you can do. Starting from meeting body fluids, exercising more, to drinking drinks that can increase your metabolism.

Here is a row of drinks that are said to increase metabolism and reduce inflammation in the body. Even more interesting, this drink is also very easy to make at home.

1. Water Mixed Ginger, Honey and Lemon.

Lemon was found to reduce insulin resistance and also the amount of fat stored in the body. On the other hand, Ginger can also reduce hunger and boost our immunity.

  • To make this drink is not difficult. 3. Green Tea and Mint.

Meanwhile, mint stimulates digestive enzymes that help facilitate better absorption of nutrients from food.   • To make the drink you only need two teaspoons of green tea leaves, 6-7 mint leaves, and one cup of hot water.

  • How to make it is to put water and mint leaves in a saucepan, then let it boil for 5 minutes. After that add green tea leaves and leave for 3 minutes. Then strain the tea and enjoy while warm.
