Yes you are right there is a need of better curation system i know steemit team is already supporting users with great rewards but there is still need of improvements. If i say then it will be wonderful that there should be a special support for the community admins so that they can work more efficiently and by heart as they are already doing with great spirit but it will increase their spirit more.

Mam i have also highlighted that there should be a Mark Down style system just like this.
It will will be wonderful and easy to use. It will be very helpful specially for the newcomers.
