1. As a member of the Steem community, What improvement would you like to see on the social platform Steemit.com?

In general, the platform already has a good, solid and time-tested system. Therefore, I believe that changes should be made with great care.
Today there are points that I would like to improve. Unfortunately, we are seeing a language barrier between the English language communities and the largest communities in China and Korea. We see that today these communities exist separately. Any attempt by a Steam member using English to penetrate this community is doomed to failure. A particularly closed community is the Korean community. I would like any boundaries and barriers on our platform to be erased.
I would like our platform to bloom with thousands of flowers. What does my phrase mean? At the moment, there is a certain bias in the construction of the system. All attention is focused on the accounts of the @stimulator01, 02, etc. All life is in full swing only here. We understand that this is a huge burden: to check and read thousands of posts, and to reward those who are in need. We see that the curators do not have enough time. We understand that a person is not a machine, he should have rest and free time ...
I would like to wish you to attract more curators, directing them to various areas of human interests: art, music, sports, cars, science, history, etc.

2. Which other features, tools, improvements, and functionalities do you believe will benefit the user experience and improve the usability of the Steemit.com social platform?

I offer several ideas. Basically, they relate to the personal indicators of the participant.
I propose to introduce a socio-economic indicator of deposit / withdrawal of funds for each. We will be able to see if the participant believes in the platform or not. We will be able to see if the participant is an investor or a consumer. I would call it a "faith indicator"
Today we are seeing a large influx of participants using the fruits of other people's labor. Unfortunately, many members of the platform willfully steal other people's photos, texts and other copyright property. Previously, such characters were punished with a red flag. But today a course towards liberalization has been taken ... This is probably correct, because the flag wars had a negative impact on the influx of new participants. But control is still necessary. I propose to introduce a "Karma indicator". The idea is to tag a user stealing someone else's content ...

3. If you are the owner or manager of a Steem community, tell us more about what you believe will improve the "Communities" update and its management system.

I am the moderator of WORLD OF XPILAR Community. At the moment, the community has a good dynamic and actively supports the participants. Moderators conduct a variety of promotions, contests, etc.

I would like to propose to organize a travel community instead of the Travelfeed community that has gone to the Hive platform. Please give me a delegation to support travel posts!
