As a member of the Steem community, What improvement would you like to see on the social platform Steemit.com?

Hi there, I'm sure for any community or organization to grow exponentially there is a need for review and feedback from users of such a community I've been a member of this awesome community for a couple of months now, and I'd like to say it's been a wonderful experience for me here.

problem

New users experience; One of the challenges I've faced in some scenarios while introducing steemit to newbies is that somehow they find it very difficult to sign up on the platform.

Taking an instance I introduced Mr. James whom I've met on social media and introduced an awesome platform to him where he can share his idea to no a decentralized platform to earn some extra buck, using the platform link, due to some technical limitations Mr. James find it quite difficult to register or sign up conveniently reasons were, I could not get a notification on my email address my number was not recognized, etc.

I've particularly experienced such complaints from newly introduced members where they are finding it very hard to register seamlessly on the steemit platform.

solution

New users joining the platform should find it very easy registering on the platform these can easily boost the numbers of users joining in daily sometimes much supervision and guidance will be needed by new users before joining up which can seem quite annoying and frustrating.
In essence, new registered members should be able to register without much difficulty.

problem

There is a need for improved social engagement and curation; One of the reasons why newbies get discouraged while on steemit is the lack of encouragement to continue posting more and being engaged.

For instance, Mr. James registered successfully and started making some awesome posts on the platform, being new users he should be encouraged to keep up with the post but unfortunately, no one seems to notice Mr. James and his post no curation upvote either.

solution

Since the growth of any community likely depends on active and new members joining up, I guess newly joined members should be encouraged when they make an interesting post to keep them active on the platform.

Which other features, tools, improvements, and functionalities do you believe will benefit the user experience and improve the usability of the Steemit.com social platform?

If you are the owner or manager of a Steem community, tell us more about what you believe will improve the "Communities" update and its management system.

One essential tool that will improve the platform functionality is social trends without doubt, economic growth has been improved using social media platforms to boost any organization or financial firms with much social integration on the platform there will be a nice improvement here.

Pretty much the management is doing great and I would say they should keep up with the good work.

Although if I am in a position of being the owner steemit I would improve users engagement activities on the platform, I believe with more introduced newly created contest and organized activities on the platform more users will be attracted to the platform also with more engagement from users there will be massive numbers of new active users on each community.
