Hello dear and appreciated friends of the community @steemingcommunity, super happy to participate for the first time in this community and especially the topic to be discussed is very interesting where we are invited to mention "Tricks for life: healthy teeth".
To have healthy teeth it is important to start taking care and maintaining teeth from an early age. Children should be educated on proper brushing and how important it is to maintain healthy teeth. As they grow up, they get into the habit of brushing their teeth and are more aware of it.

One of the most important tricks is the brushing techniques, diet, dental visits, the use of dental floss, interdental brushes. One of the healthiest tricks that I particularly recommend is the diet which should be accompanied by a diet containing calcium, vitamin C, A, D, B, K and minerals. All these nutrients and vitamins are found in fruits such as: mangoes, strawberries, apples, grapes, apricots, oranges, and calcium can be found in dairy products such as milk and cheese. Eating salads rich in raw vegetables such as lettuce, cabbage, cucumbers, onions, play a very important role in maintaining healthy teeth and gums. Brushing technique is very important, because if we consume a lot of carbohydrates and sugars, cavities tend to form and if you do not brush well you will always run the risk of cavities forming.
It is important to use dental floss, if our teeth are very close together it helps us to clean the less accessible areas that we cannot clean with a toothbrush. The visit to the dentist is essential, cleanings are very necessary, they help us to remove dental plaque, if we have the predisposition to form them. I recommend visiting the dentist at least twice a year and if more visits are needed, it all depends on how your teeth are at that time.
In conclusion, maintaining a good oral health will allow us to chew our food more comfortably, a good chewing will help us to have a better digestion. To take care of our teeth and be aware of any sign that something is wrong and act in the right way by seeking professional help.
