It has been a long time since I last posted and participated mam @fabio2614's contest. And today, in her new topic, I really find it interesting and I wanted to share my story.

My teenage years was so memorable at the same time exciting. Memorable because I meet many new friends of different traits and behavior. And in that way, my patience was being tested especially when I encountered bully friends. Im a typical simple and silent girl, and I hate night life because I am afraid that my parents will be disappointed after all their sacrifices. And maybe, that became the reason why until now I am not that sociable. Im afraid of the crowd and hate going in the parties. I only had 2-3 circle of friends whom I always go with. It has a negative side and a positive side as well. And that made my teenage years EXCITING. And thanks to steemit, I was able to share what is inside my heart that I was not able to share it to anyone.

The most memorable activity I participated on my tertiary level was TREE PLANTING. We went to the mountainous part of North Cebu(I'm sorry I forgot the exact location) together with my classmates and schoolmates. Tree planting is transplanting seedlings especially to the place which is prone to erosion.

Aside from it lessens errosion, it also helps maintain the healthy soil and helps make the air fresh and clean. As what you had notice, the more trees you planted, the colder the surroundings you had and the fresher the air you breath. Just like in the mountainous part, you can breath fresh air and you really can relax there.

We were very thankful of our alma matter in my tertiary because in our young age, they taught us how to take care and love the environment and in our own little way we were able to help save mother earth.

Aside from tree planting, joining this MUSICALE was also memorable to me because that was my first time to present on stage with the big crowd. And we also took the second place that time. And the feeling back then was so amazing. And I thank my classmate because they were able to help me conquer my stage fright, that I can present and perform well.
