- 1. Como miembro de la comunidad Steem, ¿qué mejora le gustaría ver en la plataforma social Steemit.com?

Llevo poco tiempo en esta plataforma y la verdad es que me gusta bastante pero si es verdad que tiene algunas carencias a la hora de interactuar con los demás si lo comparamos con otras redes como Facebook, Instagram, etc... en la que tienes todo tipos de opciones como por ejemplo; mensajes privados directos a los usuarios, chats de grupos. Entiendo que al ser una red social descentralizada es mucho mas complejo pero creo que se podrían incorporar algunas mejoras que os paso a nombrar en la pregunta dos.

I have been on this platform for a short time and the truth is that I like it a lot but it is true that it has some shortcomings when it comes to interacting with others if we compare it with other networks such as Facebook, Instagram, etc ... in which you have everything types of options such as; direct private messages to users, group chats. I understand that being a decentralized social network is much more complex but I think that some improvements could be incorporated that I will mention in question two.

-2. ¿Qué otras características, herramientas, mejoras y funcionalidades cree que beneficiarán la experiencia del usuario y mejorarán la usabilidad de la plataforma social Steemit.com?

Pues se me vienen a la cabeza algunas mejoras como por ejemplo:

• Una comunidad solamente dedicada a preguntas, es decir, que los usuarios nuevos que normalmente andan bastante perdidos publiquen sólo preguntas a cerca del funcionamiento de la comunidad y algún/os moderadores se las resuelvan.
• Tampoco vendría mal algún chat dentro de cada comunidad, para que se puedan hacer tertulias, consultas, y otras cosas todo a tiempo real con la gente que esté conectada en ese momento con lo cual la interactuación sería mucho mayor.
• Estaría bien que el coeficiente de RCs que gasta un comentario, fuera menos que el que gasta una publicación, así las personas nuevas o como yo con poco SP podamos publicar y contestar los mensajes de la publicación sin gastarnos el RCs.
• También me gustaría que hubiera algún moderador que se dedicase a las cuentas SPAM, ultimamente recibo muchos votos negativos y cuando me meto en sus cuentas veo que son personas nuevas, sin publicaciones, sin experiencia, sin SP y que se dedican solo a dar votos negativos a la gente, lo cual crispa muchísimo, ya que crear post originales es trabajoso. Recuerdo un post en el que he tenido hasta 5 votos negativos y son las mismas cuentas las que votan en las mismas publicaciones.
• También se podría incluir un incentivo por invitar a conocidos a iniciarse en Steemit, tipo: 5 Steem por registro de tu parte y otros 5 Steem si llegase a cumplir un año con nosotros activo. Creo que esta iniciativa podría hacer crecer la plataforma exponencialmente.

I remember a post in which I have had up to 5 negative votes and it is the same accounts that vote in the same posts.

- 3.Si eres el propietario o administrador de una comunidad Steem, cuéntanos más sobre lo que crees que mejorará la actualización de "Comunidades" y su sistema de gestión.

No soy propietario ni administrador de ninguna comunidad, llevo apenas un mes en la plataforma, pero creo que cuando tenga la experiencia necesaria daré el salto e intentaré convertirme en administrador de alguna comunidad ya que me gusta mucho la dinámica de la plataforma y dispongo de tiempo para dedicarme a ella.

I am not the owner or administrator of any community, I have only been on the platform for a month, but I think that when I have the necessary experience I will take the leap and try to become an administrator of a community since I really like the dynamics of the platform and I have time to dedicate myself to her.
