Do this step every week to increase creativity
- Get Everyone's Input and Ideas.
Your team may only have two or three people working on it, but that doesn't mean you all think exactly the same. Everyone thinks differently So don't overlook the resources that are in your office.
Invite team members to participate in a project and let them share any ideas they have. Write down these ideas and think together with the team, you will see how many ideas come up. Ideas can form the basis of your decisions.
- Ask Many Questions.
Multiply questions because with this you will find new ideas that used to make curious in your mind. They like to put two things together to create one, solve problems, and practice seeing things differently. Challenge yourself and the existing problem-solving methods. And, when something seems impossible, ask the impossible question.
These impossible questions will lead you on a quest that will whet your inner creativity and innovation.
