Hello and greetings to everyone from the bottom of my heart. I had kept my eyes over this contest and wanted to be the first one to participate. But sadly a family member of mine got ill and i had to give him time so couldn't share my feedback here. now i am here to participate in this wonderful contest and hope to see my fellow members participating as well. I would like to invite @hassanabid, @rashid001 and @moohsin to take part in this contest. Here is the link to the post.

BEING A MEMBER:

As a member of this amazing platform, not much can be asked to improve as the team is already working quite hard to stay in touch with everyone. But there a few points that i would like to share if or not they are to be taken under consideration.

• The Country representatives should be given utmost importance and there comments and call to the Steemit Team should be heard. What if not instantly, but atleast they should be replied.

• There should be a medium of communication on the platform. yeah we all could communicate via discord and other means but i would prefer to use a communication application made by steemit to be used over the internet and then we can communicate to each other via that app

• There should be inclusion of some sort of a privacy. Yes it is not possible to make it like Instagram where your profile could only be seen by those whom you allow i.e. your followers, but there should be some alternate.

• A block option shall be there. Yes this platform is great but there is no guarantee that the images our users share on daily basis are safe! And that anybody can see them and pass bad comments too. So there should be an option to block such users.

• There should be a proper team that checks the posts of those who are making plagiarized content or content that is not original. Yes kiwi-crypto does that beautifully but there should be a team(This is my opinion only)

• The Community Support Program is a wonderful initiative by the Steemit team but sometimes users get demotivated due to lower votes even by booming :p I mean if this is the only thing one is getting over the hard work, it becomes quite demoralizing. Anyways, Pakistanis will never complain over this as The votes are not guaranteed is the first thing they hear from us when they join :p

• A privacy in the wallet perhaps. Yes i am talking about it knowing that it would create problems for Steemit team to keep check on the users. But is there a way that only steemit team could check them and other users mind their own business? :p Many people keep an evil eye on your wallet and are always in awe for your decline😂😂

Improvements Already Made :

• The introduction of the Community Support Program is one of the best things that the platform could get.
• The Steemit Awards at the end of the year were a perfect decision, thanks to @girolamomarotta for the idea and perfect rewards, choices were made.
• The Inclusion of this search bar on the top right with further categories including users, posts and comments. It is such an ease now to go to a user's profile than it was earlier!
• The correction in the wallet. First there was written Update your account under tron and users were pressing that after claiming every reward and thinking this would update the value. Now the text has been changed and everyone thinks a 100 times before clicking that button.

New Features and Tools that i would like to See:

• First of all, i wanted to talk about it since the beginning, is that i want to see a chat option to chat with steemians. Either we can also integrate with Discord so that when we click on chat, we go to the Discord's id of that person? If and only if he she is available there. Otherwise we receive that the person has not integrated Discord with steem.
• Another interesting inclusion could be the delegations. Yes we have a great tool in form of Steemworld, but wouldn't it be great if we could delegate staying on the same page using our wallet? Just asking :)
• Third and the last, An account should be handed over to Country representatives from which they can provide some voting support to their users from their respective country. Right now sc07 is given to them for one day(Pakistan) and we can't give upvotes more that 1.4/1.5$ :p
• A button in the wallet that could allow us to use tron to convert them into steem? It can be great and much useful to many across the platform.

BEING AN ADMIN:

It is not an easy task to be an Admin of a Community nowadays :p And when your community is representing your community, it is a great honor for you to be in the Team :) So First of all i thank all of you for setting our community to this level.

Yes i am the Admin of STEEMIT PAKISTAN which is the main community for the Pakistani people.

As you can see on the right most of the image on the right side, there is a Term Active Users, now this number keeps varying, I thinks just as the subscribers list opens up and shows who has subscribed, Similarly if the Active members list is there too, then it would help us great to keep our active members with us and they get the support from the community that they deserve :)

• It is not easy to keep the plag check within the community, yes we can keep moderators for that but a human eye is not enough perhaps :p So needed a kind of a bot or so that could help us out with this :)
• To make a little amount of delegation for the community curator account so that it's growth doesn't take a lot of time and a bit continuous support for that account.

OTHER THAN THIS I AM COMPLETELY SATISIFIED AS AN ADMIN AND MORE THAN HAPPY AS A MEMBER OF THIS AMAZING EVER-GROWING PLATFORM.
