Hoy les quiero comentar de la primera torta que hizo mi hija viky, desde hace dias ella me dijo que le comprara los ingredientes por queria aprender hacer torta. Ayer en la mañana sali a comprar al mercado los ingrediente para que la hiciera.

Ingredientes que Utilizo:

• 1kilo de Harina de Trigo
• 1 kilo de Azucar
• 6 Huevos
• 1 litro de leche de vaca
• 250g de mantequilla
• 1 cucharada de vainilla

Ingredients I use:

En una Olla grande, agrego el azucar y la mantequilla, empezo a batirlo hasta ue el azucar quede sin grumitos.

Luego una vez batido el azucar con la mantequilla, le fue agregandoles los huevos, uno por uno en este caso hay que sacarlo en una tacita aparte para descartar que no salga ninguno malo y no dañar la mezcla.

Una vez batido los huevos con la mezcla, se le agrega la harina de trigo con la leche y la cucharada de vainilla para darle sabor.

ya una vez mezclado todos los ingredientes se prende el horno a 180º En este caso yo lo encendi por que ella todavia no puede andar con fuego apenas tiene 8 años. Ella como es una niña muy obediente fue haciendo todas instruciones que le iba dando de la receta, se que en un futuro va ser una excelente cocinera.

Luego le agrego mantequilla a las tortera y le hecho una polvoreada de harina de trigo para que la torta no se pegue.

Una vez lista las bandeja se agrega la mezcla, se mete al horno y su tiempo de coccion es de 50min.

Una vez lista la torta, ella fue la primera probar, el control de calida de su torta, acompañado de un vaso de leche, les cuento que por ser la primera vez sin mentirles le quedo muy deliciosa suave y esponjosa.
