Hello, people of Steemit!

Communication is one of the important things in every community because it allows people to share their idea, suggestions, and express their critical thinking openly and in a constructive way. Such an approach to problem-solving has always a positive effect since brainstorming usually allows the community as a whole to look at an idea from all possible angles.

We are more than happy this time to participate in this process by creating a contest to get our amazing community to share their ideas of improvement and suggestions.

Entering the contest is pretty straightforward, all you need to do is answer the following questions in as much detail as possible:
As a member of the Steem community, What improvement would you like to see on the social platform Steemit.com?

Which other features, tools, improvements, and functionalities do you believe will benefit the user experience and improve the usability of the Steemit.com social platform?

If you are the owner or manager of a Steem community, tell us more about what you believe will improve the "Communities" update and its management system.

Contestants are also free to add ideas and suggestions that deal with other aspects that might have not been included in the questions above.

Hello my fellow steemians, i am a member of the "steem cameroon" community. Its been like a month since i joined this amazing community.
My main goal here is too build a large community on steem but its hard to get exposure, and at tines, i think of quitting because its really not encouraging , there's no way of promoting post, thats why many members quit steemit shortly after joining.
In my opinion,It is hard to get started and do well on Steemit if you are new member or new community owner. It is very difficult to get new members in your community on steemit since most people tend to join already big communities instead of helping smaller communities grow. And more to that, the steemit platform is not user-friendly at all, to navigate it in developing countries is a daunting task since the internet is slow

I think to increase the user experience and improve the usability of the Steemit.com social platform, it should be made to be a user friendly site like its competitors for example facebook.com and whatsapp.com which are widely used.

To me, if i were a manager to a steem community, i will put up easier tasks for the members so as too increase their number of writeups per day. And i will vote each and everyone of their posts with high amounts.
