Hola amigos, hoy les estare hablando de estas semillas de caraotas charlotas que se encuentran almacenadas en un recipiente de plastico, esto se hace para evitar que los hongos y algunos insectos se alimenten de ella y se dañen.
Se deben guardar para la epoca de siembra, en mi llano esta epoca es en invierno donde las lluvias ayudan a las plantas a desarollarse muy bien.
Esta caraota charlota es muy deliciosa, pero tambien es delicada y durante su siembra se debe cuidsr muy bien ya que cualquier error provocaria la perdida de los granos.
It is used in many parts of Venezuela and one of my favorite dishes is minestrone, which is composed of vegetables, meat, bones among other flavors that are very good.

Es utilizada en muchas partes de venezuela y uno de mis platos favoritos es el minestrone que esta compuesto de verduras, carne, huesitos entre otros sabores que quedan muy bien.
Tambien se le puede agregar platano, arroz blanco y chuletas de cerdo lo que seria un almuerzo completo para disfrutar el rato en familia.
