Hola amigos, hoy les estare hablando de este delicioso y sencillo almuerzo, agradecido con Dios porque cada dia no nos falta nada en la mesa, ademas estamos fortalecidos de mucha vida y salud, eso se lo agradecemos a nuestro todopoderoso.
Este almuerzo esta compuesto por ensalada de aguacate, papa, remolacha, bistec frito y arroz blanco un manjar llenero.
Me gusta la ensalada porque le podemos agregar cualquier crema o mayonesa para darle el toque final y gustoso.

La carne se puede hacer frita y su coccion es mas rapida, el unico problema es que si nos descuidamos se puede quemar, es por ello que debemos estar pendiente.
El arroz blanco dura algunos minutos, podemos agregrarle cebolla, sal, ajo y dejarlo a fuego lento ya que tambien es muy delicado.
Al plato se le puede agregar tajada de platano maduro, pero solo es cuestion de la persona.
