En esta oportunidad voy a participar en este concurso que me pareció muy interesante porque trata de un tema muy importante como lo es el temido Covid19 🦠 un virus que nos ha tenido más de 1 año en pandemia mundial y en dónde ha habido una total cuarentena radical en muchísimos países, específicamente aquí en mi país Venezuela la radicalización ha sido muy notable porque el covid19 se ha llevado a muchas personas.

This time I am going to participate in this contest that I found very interesting because it deals with a very important topic such as the dreaded ** Covid19 ** a virus that has had us in a global pandemic for more than 1 year and where there has been a total radical quarantine in many countries, specifically here in my country Venezuela the radicalization has been very notable because the covid19 has taken many people.

Mi nombre es Elenitza, autor: @elecris y tengo 35 años de edad y personalmente este virus me ha afectado mucho 🥺 y si me dió covid19, según mi Dra. tratante el covid me ha dado en 3 oportunidades.

La primera vez que me dió covid19 fue en agosto del año pasado, recuerdo que me dí cuenta porque perdí el olfato e inmediatamente llamé a una Dra. amiga de mi esposo y ella me recomendó que tomara por 7 días acytromicina que es un antibiótico, también que tomara vitaminas c, ibuprofeno por 3 días, me inyectara 2 dexametasona, tomara ivermectina por 3 días, omeprazol de protector gastrico, Omega 3 y zinc por 3 meses.

Los síntomas que tuve a los siguientes días fue fuertes dolores de cabeza, perdí el gusto por 3 días y el olfato y me dió escalofríos con fiebre por 2 días, todo fue muy leve gracias a Dios 🙏 Yo cumplí mi tratamiento al pie de la letra pero mi gran error fue que nunca fuí al Dr. todas sus indicaciones fueron por teléfono y nunca me hice placa de tórax como me sentía bien, me confíe y pues meses después empecé a sentir y a notar las secuelas del Covid19, primero me salieron muchos granos en la cara y en el pecho y fui al Dr. Y me dijo que eso era consecuencia del covid 19 y que solo el tiempo lo quitaría,, yo no me preocupe ya que eso no me afectaba nada solo mi apariencia pues y no fuí más al Dr.

The symptoms that I had the following days were severe headaches, I lost taste for 3 days and smell and it gave me chills with fever for 2 days, everything was very mild thanks to God 🙏 I followed my treatment to the letter But my big mistake was that I never went to the Dr. all his instructions were by phone and I never had a chest X-ray as I felt good, trust me and because months later I began to feel and notice the aftermath of Covid19, first I got a lot of pimples on my face and chest and I went to the Dr. And he told me that this was a consequence of covid 19 and that only time would take it away, I did not worry since that did not affect me at all, only my appearance well and I was not more to Dr.

Pasado el tiempo en febrero de este año empecé a sentirme mal con muchas arritmias y con un malestar en la garganta y oído... Y un día mi esposo se sintió mal con fiebre y nos hicimos la prueba y salimos positivos al Covid19 inmediatamente nos hicimos la placa del tórax y fui al Dr., fui con una cardiologo (mi actual médico tratante Dra. Dorisaida Acevedo).

And one day my husband felt bad with a fever and we took the test and we came out positive for Covid19 immediately we did the chest film and I went to the Dr., I went to a cardiologist (my current treating physician Dr. Dorisaida Acevedo).

La cardiólogo me evaluó, me hizo un electro cardiograma y me dijo que tenía muchas secuelas del covid pasado y por eso sentía tantos malestares y me indicó tratamiento de inmediato y me diagnóstico que era hipertensa por lo tanto debía tomar pastillas bisoprolol de 2,5mg diario para controlarla... Y Mi esposo fué con otra Dra. Y también le indicó tratamiento pero a él fue endovenoso porque el sentía mucho cansancio y ameritaba más tratamiento.

The cardiologist evaluated me, did an electrocardiogram and told me that I had many sequelae from the past covid and that is why I felt so much discomfort and indicated immediate treatment and diagnosed me that I was hypertensive, therefore I had to take bisoprolol tablets of 2.5mg daily to control it ... And my husband went to another doctor. And he also indicated treatment but he was given intravenous treatment because he felt very tired and deserved more treatment.

El tratamiento de mi esposo, lo que se había tomado y lo que le faltaba por ponerse🦠

Pasado el tiempo me sentí mucho mejor pero a finales de Julio empecé a sentir malestares nuevamente, sentía de nuevo la arritmia, una presión y una puntada en el pecho, dolor en el brazo izquierdo, se me bajaba la tensión y sentía corrientasos por el cuerpo. Y entonces fui nuevamente con la cardiologo Dorisaida y me indicó que le llevara una hematología completa y me dijo que nuevamente me había dado el covid pero asíntomatico y esos síntomas que sentía era secuelas del covid y nuevamente me indicó tratamiento.

As time passed I felt much better but at the end of July I began to feel discomfort again, I felt the arrhythmia again, a pressure and a stitch in my chest, pain in my left arm, my tension dropped and I felt currents through my body . And then I went again to the cardiologist Dorisaida and she told me to take a complete hematology and she told me that she had given me the covid again but asymptomatic and those symptoms that I felt were sequelae of the covid and again she indicated treatment

Cómo les conté a mi esposo le dió covid en marzo y tuvo un tratamiento muy fuerte para evitar complicaciones, gracias a Dios se recuperó muy rápido 🙏 yo lo atendí y le pasaba el tratamiento endovenoso que una enfermera me enseñó y bueno me tocó muy fuerte porque tenía también que atenderme a mí, atender a mis 2 niñas y a mi esposo que lo tenía aislado en el cuarto de mi hija mayor, allí duro 18 días que se hicieron eternos para los 4 porque es muy difícil tratar esta enfermedad por la soledad, el distanciamiento, el tratamiento que es muy fuerte.

Yo con mis malestares igual tuve que atenderme y atender a mi familia pero lo hice con mucho amor, paciencia y mucha fé en Dios y gracias a él todo salió bien y pudimos superar todo eso juntos 🤗 pero si fueron 18 días súper difíciles y mis niñas que tienen 6 y 4 años no lograban entender bien que estaba pasando y porque su papá estaba solo en un cuarto y yo sola en otro cuarto separados.

With my discomforts, I still had to take care of myself and my family but I did it with a lot of love, patience and a lot of faith in God and thanks to him everything went well and we were able to overcome all that together 🤗 but they were 18 super difficult days and my girls who are 6 and 4 years old could not understand well what was happening and why their father was alone in one room and I alone in another separate room.

Yo tomo muchas medidas de seguridad 😃 y mi familia me dice que por eso es que me ha dado el covid19 varias veces...

🦠En la entrada de mi casa coloco una alfombra mojada con cloro para que todo el que llegue primero pise allí antes de entrar.

🦠 También acostumbro a tomar todas las noches te de limón, antes de dormir... Para prepararlo solo necesito agua y 1 limón, pongo a hervir el agua y luego le echo el zumo del limón y me lo tomo calientito.
