Good day to all great friends on steemit platform in #steemingcommunity, trust we all are doing fine and safe 🙏.

I should confess; this is my first post in this lovely community which happens to be a contest entry with the title

" "Life Hacks: Healthy Teeth"

Which simply is about secrets of taking care of the teeth , it's a pleasure and I'm super excited taking part .

Below are teeth hacks I partakes which everyone i suggest should do same for heathy teeth;

while talking about heathy teeth, I think I won't be on the off chance if I say even a common man believe in brushing his teeth at least twice a day, but that's not enough. There are so many other methods of taking care of the teeth .
By just saying We eat everyday is an understatement because we eat and drink every time instead and as such, our teeth need an extraordinary care to be taken.

✍️Visit your dentist😁.

For cleaning and checkup, one is expected to visit a dentist not less than every six months (that's twice a year,).
A dentist is simply a medical professional who expertises in dentistry (The field of medicine that has to do with the study/diagnosis and treatment of teeth and oral cavity.).

The supporting team of dentists helps in providing oral health services. A dentist is also known as a Dental Surgeon.

✍️Not brushing straight-away😁

Many maybe unaware, but is highly discouraging to brush your teeth immediately after eating. This is simply because, your mouth is presumable to be more acrid (Acidic) which implies that your veneer(enamel) will be softer than as supposed. In this case, you should wait for not less than 3 minutes of eating before brushing to give your enamel time to be hard again. Softened enamel combined to bristles of toothbrush and you're likely to have recipe of disaster.

✍️Using interdental brushes😁

interdental brushes:. these are brushes that penetrates in between your teeth and destroy bacteria structures.

These brushes are tiny and as per, dislodge food and plaque.


✍️Drink enough water.😁

Drinking enough water does not only help rinse away nasties but also prevents the mount from drying.
When we drink water there is a presence of saliva which is very much important in washing away bacterias that causes mouth odour and tooth damaging This is simply keeping your mouth and entire body hydrated in this case, combating bad breath.

✍️Using a straw for drinking😁

By drinking acidic and drinks that contains sugar with a straw can aid lower the contact time that acids may have with your teeth.
Generally these drinks can cause acid erosion/decay of teeth as well as stains. So if you can't do away with them, there is a great limit by drinking them with a straw.

✍️Brushing of teeth before going to bed😁.

Many may neglect this but it's very important and adviceable in the sense that, brushing of teeth before going to sleep helps removes germs and plaque that have accumulated during day .

✍️Do not neglect to brush your tongue also😁

It's with no doubt that plaques builds on the tongue likewise your teeth. This can lead to oral health problems and bad breath.

To avoid this, with the help of soft toothbrushes with short bristles at the back, gently brush through your tongue. These brushes are available in the supermarket and chemists and pharmacies .

✍️Use of Fluoride toothpaste.😁

Bit just whitening power and taste when it comes to choosing a toothpaste, there are many ways to look for.

Your choice is accepted but ensure it contains fluoride because fluoride helps defend against tooth decay and also provide a protective barrier for teeth.

✍️Spit out the toothpaste instead of rinsing😁

Yes you read me right, you and I might once be a victim of this. With reference to the above mentioned heathy teeth tip, it's adviced to spit out the toothpaste after brushing instead of rinsing it with water as this way wash out the fluoride which helps fight tooth decay.

✍️Abstaining from smoking.😁

This is common but hardly avoided by many . Smoking does not only have negative effects to the lungs and other body parts but stains the teeth, causes oral cancer and other periodontal diseases . It also causes bad breath

✍️Eating vegetables and crunchy fruits.😁

Fully ripe, fresh and crunchy produce are the best option for our teeth since they contains more heathy fibres in them.

✍️Replace your toothbrush😁

At least every 3-4 months as recommended by dental surgeons because brushes that stays more than this period are likely to be worm out therefore does not clean very well in between the teeth.

✍️Flossing😁

Flossing should be done on a regular. although it takes time but it worth it because after brushing your mouth, 40% of food particles are left within your teeth but taking time to floss does it all .

✍️Avoid too much coffee, tea and sodas.😁

These are essential and can provide some amount of nutrition to the mouth and body. They are taken by many on a daily but at the same time hazardous to the teeth . They contains ingredients which are capable of causing discoloration of teeth.

✍️Wear mouth guard.😁

"Teeth are assets"
while involving in sports it's good to wear mouth guards or helmet in case of injury.

Following healthy diets.
such as taking orange, juice, milk cheese, yogurts and other vitamins and calcium foods. This is because teeth require plenty of calcium.

Conclusion:

The above stated healthy teeth hacks are without doubt handy and should be carried out by all for keeping of germs-free, decay-free and string teeth.
