Hello my beautiful steemians,its my pleasure to share my own option about #human health,how each and everyone of us can improve our health,its will be my pleasure if you can bring out time to go through my post.
Human health
First of all,human health is define not only by physical state of individual rather it is a state of complete physical,psychological,and social wellbeing. In other way you can call its complete state of human wellbeing.
Its always advisable for everyone to be sound in health,because there is a adage that said that "A healthy person is a wealthy man".
Growing up we are been teach many ways to improve our health and many ways we can always have a good health,first lets talk about good hygiene.
Practice good hygiene
Good hygiene is very importance in human health when one practice good hygiene you will surely be healthy and avoid getting sick,there are many ways to maintain good hygiene by washing hand regularly,and regular bathing,keeping of one environment clean,when you do all these you will surely get good health and prevent diseases.
Watch what you eat
We know that good hygiene is impossible without good nutrition and for one to look healthy you must maintain balance diet.
Stay physical active
Staying physically fit or active is one best ways to improve healthy life,regular exercise will make one stay in good shape and its got alot of benefits which involve
- circulation of blood in the body
- lower your risk of premature death
- maintain good shape
- its help to sleep well.
Its good to have or maintain at least 60minutes to 150minutes of exercise everyday,and we have many exercise which is recommendable such as tennis,soccer,swimming,jogging,football and other acrobic exercise.
I normally do my press up or push up every morning,and we organise and play football ever y sunday
(these are me and my teem)
Of course exercise is one of the best ways to maintain good health.
Enough sleep
Sufficient sleep or rest can always help to improve one health in life,it is advisable for each person to get good sleep
This is the timetable from new born babies to adulthood.
New born
Toddlers
Preschoolers
Schools age children
Adolescents
Adult
So getting enough sleep its always recommendable for one who want to maintain a good health.
Lastly but not the least
GOOD MUSIC
listing to good and calm music can always help to the Emotional or mind health of an individual to improve,because its help in easing stress and mind trouble,with my piano and guitar i can forget every worry in a seconds
(me playing guitar)
So always try and listen to good music its help improving our health too.
NOTE
You can improve your human health too by always having a clean conscience,a clean conscience always feel happy so happiness will make you look younger,so always try to maintain good relationship with other and be happy.
