In fact, it is nothing more than a new kind of jbena, because the actual conditions of both works are completely identical. The result is the same. And that is to hold the sperm of a man who is not a husband in the womb. This act is very heinous in the eyes of both natural law and Sharia law.

Artificial insemination may not seem like an outrageous act. But that is the weakness and error of the law. In fact, it is a crime which, according to Islamic law, is punishable by severe punishment.

There is no doubt that this fancy method of fetal creation is a very serious and heinous crime. Calling the next son his own son is a far greater crime. Because the child that will be born in this way, there will be two kinds of abomination. One is the abomination of calling the next son one's own son. That is, to consider people outside the clan in the clan. And the second is the lack of character - taking the form of Zvena. Neither Islamic law nor any law can support this act. Humanity loses its dignity and reaches the stage of bestiality. It is not at all possible for him to gain a sense of social status.

Calling someone other than the real father a father
Just as it is haram in Islam to deny the paternity of ones own child, so it is haram to call someone other than one's birth father a father - to call oneself someone else's child. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) considered this work to be one of the worst deeds. As a result, he fell under the curse of the Creator and all creation.

Hazrat Ali (RA) has narrated that the Prophet (SAW) said that if a person declares himself to be a child of someone other than his real father or pretends to be a slave of someone other than his master, then Allah is the angel and the curse of the whole man. On the Day of Resurrection, Allah will not accept any repentance from him, nor any recompense.

Whoever claims to be the son of someone other than his own father, knowing that he is not his father, then Paradise will be forbidden to him.
