It is haraam to adopt a foster son.

The father has no right to deny the paternity of his child. In the same way, a child who is not his own offspring has no right to make him his own son and to identify and claim him as his own son. In the age of ignorance, the Arabs, like the people of other nations, had foster sons with whom they wished to establish their lineage. He would make whomever he wished his son. The duties of this adopted son were just like those of his own sons. Such adopted sons were made even after knowing the father and lineage of the adopted son.

Even during the advent of Islam, it was customary to adopt such a foster son in the Arab society of that time. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) adopted Zayd ibn Haritha as his son in this age of ignorance before receiving the prophethood. But Islam sees the matter as a reality and untruth. In the eyes of Islam, a different and unrelated person is allowed to live in secluded solitude like a Muharram man with the girls of his family, but in reality he is not a person of this status and these girls are not Muharram for him.

Whoever adopts a son, he makes him his heir. In such a case the real close heirs are entitled to a share of the property but they are deprived of it. Because of this, a secret resentment and vengeance towards this face-calling son naturally arose in the minds of real relatives. As a result, conflicts and relationships deteriorate. For all these reasons, the Qur'an has declared this system of ignorance null and void. Allah has commanded.

The three Allah did not make your sons your true sons. This is just what you say. But it is Allah who speaks the truth and seeks the right path. Their call protects their relationship with their fathers. But if you do not know their father, then they are only your religious brothers. Only your helpful friends.

The words of the Qur’an: ‘This is what your mouth-watering utterances make clear, that the mouth-calling son or the son of religion is utter nonsense, they have nothing to say on the basis of truth in the West.

In fact, word of mouth cannot change the real truth, nor can it change the reality. A non-relative cannot become a relative by itself. A mouth-calling son can never be a real child. .Mouth-watering words cannot flow in the veins of a foster son's veins, nor can they cultivate in the heart of a foster-nurturer the love and affection of a true father's son. In the same way, the feeling of patriarchy cannot be created in the heart of an adopted son. He is completely incapable of creating the physical conscience-intellectual and psychological characteristics of this family.

All the outlines of this foster son adoption system - the law of inheritance, the prohibition of marrying the wife of the adopted son divorced etc. have also been declared completely null and void. The law of inheritance, as presented in the Qur'an, does not emphasize the relationship between blood and femininity. He was not given any share in the inheritance.
