For this reason, the jurists say that if the fetus dies while still alive during abortion, then ‘diyat’ - blood money - must be paid. And if the fetus dies, a fine will have to be paid, the amount of which will be less than that of Diyat.

But they say that saving the fetus will end the mother's life and there is no other way to save her life than to have an abortion - if it is known in a reliable way, then an abortion is necessary. The general rule of the Shari'a is that the life of the mother cannot be endangered in order to save the life of the mother in the face of two harmful factors. Since mother's life is real. His rights are paramount. Therefore, it is not advisable to sacrifice the life of the mother to save the life of the fetus.

Imam Ghazzali says there is a difference between contraception and abortion. Contraception is not the same as killing a child. Because killing a child can be called when the child will be born in the womb. There are several stages in the development of a child in the womb. The first stage is the acquisition of the status of the sperm in the uterus and its ability to take life. It is a sin to destroy it in such a situation. And when the soul is blown away and the healthy whole is completed, then destroying it is a cause of greater sin. And the ultimate sin is to kill a child after it is born.

But how did Imam Ghazzali forget that the destruction of sperm is also a sin and if it is justified then the will of Allah to create human beings in the world can be completely thwarted and it can never be justified. At present that method is being invented and widely adopted. The sperm that originates from the male body is the male offspring, which is repeatedly forbidden in the Qur'an to kill. And if it is in danger of lack of food, then this haram will become very severe.
