Hi all, this time I share an information that is still hotly discussed. Namely there was an incident 4 people were injured due to the explosion of a World War II-era Bomb in Munich.

According to a statement As reported by AFP on Thursday (2/12/2021), a spokesman for the local fire department said that construction workers were drilling into the ground when the bomb suddenly exploded on Wednesday (1/12) local time.

Local media reports said that bomb explosions could be heard reaching several kilometers away and throwing debris hundreds of meters away.

At least four people were injured when a World War II bomb exploded at a construction site in Munich, Germany. The explosion occurred near the main train station in Munich, disrupting local train services.

According to the local fire service, the explosion occurred near a bridge that is usually crossed by a series of trains going into and out of the local station.

Then for now the local train operator, Deutsche Bahn, suspended train services on the sections of the rail affected by this incident.

As for other news delivered directly by the local emergency affairs service, it was reported that four people were injured in this incident, with one of them seriously injured.

As is known in world history. Some 75 years after the war, German territory is still filled with unexploded war-era weaponry, which is often found during construction. However, most of the ex-war bombs were successfully defused by bomb experts before they exploded. As of last year, at least seven World War II-era bombs were found at the site of the first Tesla factory candidate in Europe, located outside Berlin. Considerable war bombs were also defused in Cologne and Dortmund last year.

In 2017, the discovery of a 1.4 tonne war bomb in Frankfurt triggered a massive evacuation of 65,000 people, the largest operation since the end of the war in Europe in 1945.
