It is seen in various letters that he loved and loved the French country and its people. Loved the art, literature, culture of this country and the sense of humanity of France. While living here in abject poverty with his wife and three children, Henrietta, who is about to go to jail for debt, has repeatedly saved him and his wife and children thanks to the generosity of the French people and neighbors. He was grateful to them. He has mentioned in various letters that "the best place on this planet is the people of France and this country, I have never seen such a high quality country and humane people in education and culture."

I had the good fortune to enter his living flat in 1982. I wonder how he lived with his wife and three children in two small flats. Separate bathrooms and kitchens were not seen. It is hard to believe that a rich and temperamental person like him, who I have heard would not pay for a horse-drawn carriage, has lived in this house for three years.

But this poverty could not suppress his talent. He left his mark on Bengali literature before coming to France and earlier to England in Graz Inn. He is established as a high quality poet in Bengali literature. In the year 181, he composed the folk song 'Meghnad Badh Kavya' from Sanskrit chemistry. In a letter, he proudly wrote: "I have given birth to a poem whose characters stand with strong justice. Why a Bengali critic, even if he falls in the eyes of a French literary critic, he will not be able to catch any mistake."

The address on the first floor of the three-story house he lived in on the left-hand flat was 12 rue des chantiers-78000 Versailles. The house is two and a half to three hundred years old now as of 2021. The city of Versailles has undergone a major overhaul and renamed the street - the 12 Rue des Etats Generaux-78000 Versailles.

He never lost interest in the first literary practice of learning a new language, even in the midst of starvation and half-starvation in Versailles. During his stay in Versailles, he wrote a major work of his life, the Fourteen Poems. He also wrote a number of sonnets and poems that were inspired by the Italian sonnets, and he also wrote some ethical poems that were inspired by French literature and poetry. These were composed in Versailles at the time, in the style of the famous French poet La Fontaine's The Fables of La Fontaine. While living in Versailles, the famous Italian poet composed a sonnet on the occasion of the centenary of the birth of Dante and sent it to King Victor Emmanuel of Italy with his own Italian and French translation. This effort of the poet in the nineteenth century is particularly significant in terms of the unity of international culture.
