Rustic tart with potatoes, chorizo and provola cheese.
Looking for a quick and tasty dish? This tart is ready in a jiffy and really satisfies the whole family.
Cook the chopped potatoes, onions and sausages in a frying pan with oil and salt. Roll out the puff pastry, prick it, cover the base with provola cubes and fill it with the cooked mixture (scroll through the photos).
Decorate with a grid of leftover puff pastry, brush with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 180° until golden brown.
