Enzymes removes toxins from the the body hence it prevent diseases. Enzymes as macho men going chewing toxins and attacking foreign toxins and changing them into forms that can be easily eliminated by the body.
Enzymes helps your brain to function properly. Your brain power is determined by the kind of food your eat.When you eat too much cooked food for a long time you will lack enzymes ,which will cause the body's enzymes reserves to deplete.As a result of this your body immune system cannot function properly and this affect the ability of the nervous system to transmit impulses

It can decreases your bodies ability to fight diseases.
It also negatively affect the nervous system.
