Breakfast is the most important meal of the day' as most marketers use in promoting their product in order to convince people to buy their products.The the giant companies that produce breakfast products such the cereals ,milk,oats ,bread and whole grains and many more.
The famous advertising giant Edward Louis Bernays whom known to to be the father of the modern day propaganda as referred to him by people.This man is the propagator of this marketing maladies which promote unhealthy food products at the expense of the health of very customers their claim to cherish and love.
In the morning at around 4Am the body release a whole lot of different hormones called chip of the regulatory hormones.

The glucagon
The adrenaline hormone

The growth hormone.

These are the hormones responsible raising the blood sugar levels in the body every morning. Because it happens in the morning this process
is termed the dawn phenomenon.
The rise in level of of blood glucose in the body makes the prepares and makes the body alert
to perform the day's activity.
The growth hormone is responsible for preparing
your muscles to it strong and firm enough to be anle to perform the daily activities. The adrenaline hormone is the hormone that is responsible for waking up your mind to stay alert and be able go face the day's activities efficiently.
Tge rise of the blood glucose level will remain constant till few minutes after midday when it begins to decline. When the levels of glucose in the body reduces completely the body have to use another mechanism to generate more glucose from either the tissues or the livers in the body.It does this by changing the fats found in the body to glucose to help replenish the glucose rising levels in the body.
So, in the morning, you don't have to eat. It is useless. This is why people with diabetes are always advised to test for the levels of blood glucose in their body every morning before they can take their medications.
