Hello everyone,
Hope you all are doing good?? Today I will be talking about human health and some of the things we do to hinder our health and also some of the things we can do to avoid health problems. Human health is the most important thing to us as humans and we all try our best to make sure we take care of ourselves as well as we can.

What is health as we know??
Health in layman's terms simply refers to how we maintain ourselves in every way possible be it physically, mentally, or emotionally. Health is nothing to be taken for granted many people in this world have perished due to health problems of many kinds.
Health does not only refer to just keeping ourselves healthy but it also includes so of the main health problems that are widely common and how to counter them. Health can be exercised differently throughout the human body it could be either physical health, emotional health or mental health.

Physical health

Physical health has to do with the fitness of the physical body of a human being that is being free from all health problems that directly affects the body. A clear instance is getting drunk, when one drinks alcohol, they start to develop some health issues some immediate and some gradually growing. When you get drunk it affect your ability to move around well making you prone to various and serious incidents and also when you drink regularly yous start to develop heart problem over time which physically affects the health of the body as it makes it hard to breath amount other symptoms of being drunk.

Emotional health

Emotional health is really important to maintain and guide as it can lead you as a human to make regretable actions which can also lead to some harmful instance to the human. When you are emotionally healthy, you are able to control your feeling and thoughts to avoid from acting up in a certain behaviour which might affect the human or others around him. Without emotional health one can become overstressed over a feeling or a thought to the extent of harming themselves by raising their blood pressures amount other things.

Mental health

Mental health could be related to emotional health as it helps people to be able to respond to emotions in a better and less harmful way both to either themselves or others. With mental health, one will be able to cope with the amount of emotional stress they are going through. But also, lack of mental health could lead a person into doing reckless things like lashing out anger and anxiety on people they seem to blame for their situations or more. There are various mental problems like bipolar disorder, panic attacks, Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), and many others.

With all that be said, I will just like to say we should make it a habit to practice the activities that seem to improve our health that is from eating a diet food, observing personal hygiene, get enough sleep and any other activity aimed toward the improvement of our health.
