Today I learned how to make a new dish that uses mostly eggs. This dish is called Egg Bhurji. It is made in very large quantities.

Step : 1

• The first is to chop the onion and the second is the spice that you put in the egg.

Step : 2

• After chopping the onion, various spices are added to the egg, such as tomatoes, peppers, salt, etc.

Step : 3

• Press them well until they break completely.

Step : 4

• Then put eggs in it according to the amount you are making. We have used 240 eggs in this dish which is a very big dash.

Step : 5

• After laying the eggs, shake it well until the eggs are completely mixed

Step : 6

• Cook over low heat until the eggs are cooked. You keep stirring and add salt, pepper, etc., as much as you are cooking. When the eggs are fully cooked and fragrant, you will put out the fire from below. And separate it from the hot tub
