You've been keeping powerdown for so long. And you canceled powerdown 2 days ago. So we did not support you.
You gave yourself power down. But you gave earlier and I read this is the difference. After your power down, you issue a notice to the steem Bangladesh community. If someone gives a power down, I will not support him.
