Greetings all steem Bangladesh community member. I hope you all are well by the grace of God. I am @tanjim01 from Pabna, Bangladesh. Firstly thanks to the admin and moderator to made this beautiful community. Today i share my post which topic is " What to to lead a healthy life".
Healthy is a good physical and mental condition of good health. So It's clear that healthy is not only for physical it also include mental. To lead a happy life we need to obey some rules.
Impact of unhealthy lifestyle:
Lead a unhealthy lifestyle is so dangerous. At a time after many disease attack our body like diabetics, high pressure, blood problem and last step goes to the cancer.
There are also some disease cardiovascular disease, overweight etc.
What are the factors of unhealthy life
- Unhealthy diet
- Not enough exercise
- smoking
- too much alcohol
- mental stress
Healthy lifestyle tips :
- Eat a healthy diet
To lead a healthy life healthy food is important. We need to take vitamin from food. Try to eat diet food because it cover the lack of nutrition.
- Avoid harmful alcohol
For our healthy life we should be avoid alcohol. It's a Very harmful for our body. It causes many disease. So to lead a healthy life we need to avoid them.- Regular exercise
For our healthy life it is very essential for our life. If we exercise regular it help to fit our body. It prevent many disease. At least regular one time we need to exercise.- Do not smoke
Smoke is very harmful for our body. So to lead a happy life we need to avoid smoke. We know smoke causes cancer.- Check blood pressure regularly.
We take soya bin oil. That's Very harmful for our body. It increase cholesterol in blood. In the end of case it causes for blood cancer.
Tips for special situation
People with diabetes should use the above tips and monitor glucoses level.Try to keep daily blood glucose level close to normal.People who trying to loss weight try to avoid fatty food. Because it increase body weight.- People with unusual work schedule should take food with him and try to take it timely.
Physical activity and exercise :
To lead a healthy life physical exercise is very important for our body. Physical exercise can prevent age related disease.Regular exercise can prevent heart disease, stroke, diabetics etc. Regular exercise can help to increase self confidence and decrease mental stress. Regular exercise can help to reduce body weight. Overall to lead a healthy life regular exercise is so much essential.We all want to lead a healthy life which is attached physical and mental. We meed to physically and mentally fit. So we just follow the above rules. And finally we need to contact doctor at any problem.Pray for all of you to lead healthy life.
