greetings all of you. I hope you all are well. I am @tanjim01 . Firstly i thanked to the admin and moderator of the steem Bangladesh community for arranged the beautiful contest. I also join this contest. I am share about health related post.
Blood donating mean donate blood to others. We know there are few blood group which are A+, A-, B+, B-, AB+,AB-. If any people want to donate blood he must donate blood in the same group. That's why after donate blood every doctor taste the blood group.
It has four main components :
- plasma
- Red blood cells
- white blood cells
- Platelets
I want to share one picture of blood donating of me.
There are four way to donate blood

- whole blood
In our country many people think that blood donating is harmful for our body. It's not only our country’s problem this thinking attached in all over the world. Some think so much that if a person donate blood his blood volumes decrease. But it is so lame.
When a person donate blood to others few period of time blood loss but it can repair in the past moment and fulfill pass a body. Firstly blood donating to others save a life but it helps to donor maintain good health.
Health benefits of blood donating :
It reduce the risk of cancer and help to maintain good health . It helps to reduce the damage of liver. Donating blood is reduce to obesity. Blood donation reduce weight of the donor it is helpful to reduce cardiovascular disease. Many more benefits for donor.
In whole world many of the volunteers who donate blood to others free. The volunteers also try to Increase the aware of the people that donating blood is not bad It's good health. In beside we all increase the aware and advertise to understood the people to interested blood donating.
Increases social awareness
In last i just say to all many people died in critical situation but in that if he could find blood he can alive. There are many example in whole world. So we should be encouraged to others. When we all
interested to blood donating a time may come when no one died lack of blood. And we want to watch the moment.
