Steemit Engagement Challenge - application from Steem-Bangladesh

Hello Steem Bangladesh Family. Hope, all of you are well by the grace of Allah. We are applying for the Steemit Engagement Challenge. We want to be a part of this exciting challenge. We will share the achievements of our community with you. Hope you enjoy it.

We are continuing our efforts to bring a Big population of Bangladesh under this platform.

steem-bangladesh is a community for Bangladeshi users and it is one of the largest communities in Bangladesh. It's a community for Bangladeshi users but we also got some foreign members. We think it's a result of a good fellowship from our users. As a result, we have got some users from other countries and they are active in our community. We realise that a good relationship can boost engagement for this platform. Our main purpose is to work for the promotion of this best social media platform globally. Locally we are promoting as much as we can, now it's time to attract users from other countries. We are trying to use other social media for the promotion and we aim to execute our plan in different ways.

The community was created in 2020 by active author @toufiq777.

Since then there have been many competitions in technology, science, photography, writing, diary games, better life, art, music, food review, travel, fitness, health, ten pics, reviews and many more writing contests.

The community is made up of people from the same countries:

The founder from Bangladesh @sohanurrahman.
Owner account #steemit-bd.
Admin from Bangladesh @sohanurrahman(club75).

Moderator from Bangladesh @shamimhossain (#club5050).
Moderator from Bangladesh @forhadmiya (#club75).

Now Community curator account is managed by Admin @sohanurrahman. Other moderators have the posting keys.

The account is growing steadily, now having a strength of just under 20000 SP, with 39 delegates.

All posts in this community get upvotes from the community curation account. Daily and weekly contests and rewards are given by the community account. Community moderators have the posting keys and they always check the posts and provide upvotes in missing posts. We provide upvotes for both those who delegate and who don't delegate. Though we have 16k sp, we always try to deliver a 100% upvote through the curation account for the quality content.

We believe that guidance from experienced campaigners can improve the quality of the post of others. New users have needs some tutorials for making good content. We have a discord server to help and guide the users with those tutorials. 300 words, 5-6 images and markdowns are expected to be a standard model of quality content. We suggest our fellow steemians follow this principle. We keep in touch with community writers and try to resolve issues in a friendly way with them through personal messages. We encourage our community members to make good comments on others' posts. Currently, we organized many contests to attract attention and for better engagement among the users. Hope it will be a promising engagement for the platform. We have active authors who are in great need of support.
