with you. Honorable Representative @toufiq777, @tarpan and i working on behalf of our country. Thanks to the cooperation of all the users, we have transformed into a family of 380 members in a short time. Hopefully we will reach the milestone of 500 members very soon. You are all our partners in our progress.

Not all members in our community are performing equally. Not everyone will perform the same, that's normal. But it is our responsibility to improve their work. We are trying hard enough for this purpose. I have made a new decision . That is, to determine the level of all the members based on their various activities.

Here we are promoting a guest member as a member due to being regularly active. After considering many thing, I am promoting an ordinary member to the post of pro member. To be a pro member, a member must perform well.

The thing on which we will promote an ordinary member to a pro member are:

1. A member must be regular.

2. All the rules given from @steemitblog must be followed. And you have to follow the tips given by them.

3. Do not posts only about diary game or upcoming season topics. You have to post on other topics besides season contest. [Ex: Participate in various ongoing contests or create posts on different topics according to your own talent. ] And engagement must be good.

4. Need to treat other users well.

5. All the rules of the community must be obeyed.

We are not placing the condition of achievement here. Because the old user is performing well without completing the achievement. However, it is subject to consideration.

For those who have not completed Achievement 4 in this list, I request you to complete at least Achievement 4. The term pro member can be changed at any time depending on their future activities.

Always try to be a pro member. That is, to be a pro member, try to follow the rules.

Our purpose:

★ To increase the will power of all ordinary members towards work.

★ Creating a competitive attitude.

★ Creating a respectful attitude towards all rules and regulations.
