Now It's the time to build our community power
Building a community is very important. It is very important for our Bangladeshis to have a community account now able to vote. We were aware of this a long time ago. 20 days ago @cryptokannon provided some great guides to building the community . Presented a plan to create 500k steem power. I think it will work.
We have noticed that many users work on this platform only to get support from @steemcurator01. But it is necessary to get out of this thought. This problem is being observed in every country. If this problem is not solved, the work flow will not be normal. A large percentage of users are losing their morale towards work, when they get no support from @steemcurator01. There is a solution to this problem. Every country has to build a community curator account. Then the pressure on the steemit team will go down.
We believe that any small initiative can be successful with good efforts. We want to make our @steem-bangladesh community account eligible for voting. We have already done some sp delegations on @steem-bangladesh account. Below is a list of those who are supporting us with delegations at the beginning of our journey.

A curator will be appointed for our @steem-bangladesh account. He will vote for the users of our community. Every week we will create a curation report. There will be a link to all the posts that have been voted on throughout the week.

How to Delegate :
Go to : https://steemworld.org/@steem
After entering that link, you will see an interface like this. Click on the Delegations button here.
Then click delegate.. Button.
Then you will see such an interface. Here in the To Account option you will enter the name of the steem-bangladesh account and specify the amount of steem you want to delegation in the delegation room. Then click the OK button
Click yes button
Here you enter the active key of your account.
Then click ok button.
You can delegate in the above manner. There is also a simpler method. You can easily delegate through steam login. Below are some direct delegation links:

We will keep trying. But we can't go far without the support from the steemit team. We want help from @steemcurator01. With their help we can go a long way.

Nice, this is a great start. Then upvote from steemcurator01/02 is only like a bonus when community account can be self-sustainable, having their own community member building steem power joining hand into 250KSP for the first milestone, then increase more.. I'm very sure steemit team would gladly help this effort if the community itself doing initiative like this. Good effort! All the best!
I have seen Country Reps of Indian, Indonesian have done the same and other communities like steemfood/football now Bangladesh too, that's great. 😃

Thank you very much. I made this plan with tarpan a long time ago. Ever since you talked about how to build community power, our desire to build community has been strong. We were just waiting for the 500+ sp of some New user to be completed. So slowly we can reach our goal.
