After a while, I ate my breakfast. There was a problem with my phone's battery. So today I decided to go to Rangpur Customer Care to change the battery of my phone. My friend's phone fell into the water and it was damaged.

if I submit my phone to customer care for servicing, and if I will go to customer care, I will be able to take this opportunity to have my friend's damaged phone serviced by customer care. So, I also took my friend's damaged phone with me.

Although the customer care locations of the two phones were different. I drank a cup of tea. Then I went to the bus terminal to leave for Rangpur. I went to Rangpur by bus at 9.30 am.

At the end of the conversation, I wanted to go to customer care. Suddenly it started to rain. The sky was cloudy since morning. So, I thought it might rain. But, I didn't bring the umbrella, haha. Anyway, after the rain subsided, I went to customer care. At first I took my friend's phone to Oppo Customer Care.

Because it was oppo brand. The phone was water damaged, so the customer manager said there was no guarantee that the phone would be OK. He also said that he will first change the display of the phone to check if the phone is working, if it does not work then the motherboard has to be changed, but in that case, the total cost will be 236 dollars. It was very expensive.

I called my friend. I told him how much money he needed to fix the phone. He said if the phone is fixed after setting the new display, he will fix the phone. Because the amount of money that was spent to buy the phone, it will cost almost the same amount of money to fix the phone by changing the motherboard The customer manager asked me to meet again after 3 p.m.

I went from Oppo Customer Care to Walton Customer Care to get my phone serviced.

Unfortunately, my friend's phone needed to change the motherboard, but it was very expensive. My friend will be able to buy a new phone at this price. So, his phone was not fixed. I got on the bus and came home .
