Hope everybody is well. Friends, today I am going to participate in the food contest of that @Steem-Bangladesh community. Today I will share a snacks recipe among you in the contest entry. In today's recipe I have for you fragrant leaf pakoras with polar rice. This is a very tasty breakfast that we Bengalis love to eat. This salty snack is very fun to eat, especially on rainy days. When we don't have taste in our mouth, it plays an effective role in bringing back taste in our mouth.

Ingredients for making fragrant leaf pakoras:

★A few scented leaves
★1 handful of polar rice
★1 cup chopped onion
★2 tablespoons crushed garlic
★3-4 green chilli powder
★2 tablespoons ginger paste
★2 tablespoons cumin paste
★Amount like salt and turmeric

How to make scented leaf pakoras:👇

★STEP:1

First I washed the scented leaves well👇

I cut the leaves into small pieces👇

I blended the scented leaves and polar rice👇

Now I gave all the materials👇

I mixed all the ingredients together by hand👇

Now these are ready to get wet👇

I put a pan in the oven and gave enough oil👇

With the help of my hands I made pakoras and put them in hot oil👇

In this way I am frying all in the same amount of oil👇

When fried on one side, I turned it over and fried it evenly on both sides👇
