Making my custard
Hello friends .

How are you? I hope all are fine.Today I made custard at home. It is one of my favorite foods. I make it occasionally. Today I will share how I made custard.

The ingredients I needed to make custard:

• Cow's Milk 500ml .

• Four teaspoons of Custard Powder .

• 4 tablespoons sugar.

• 1 pomegranate

• 3 bananas

• A few cherry fruits and half an apple

• Half a mango

I gathered everything according to all the materials first. Then I started making custard. Here's a step-by-step look at how I cooked custard:

Step-1 :

At first I poured half a liter of milk into the pot .

Step-2:

Then I put the pot of milk in the gas stove. I tried to thicken the milk with heat in a gas oven.

Step-3:
I turned off the gas stove when the milk thickened after giving me some time to mesh. Then I cooled the condensed milk. After it cooled I put the net in the gas stove again.

Step-4:
Then I took the custard powder.

I took 4 tablespoons of custard powder in a small bowl.

After taking the custard powder I mixed it well with a small amount of milk in that bowl.

Step-5:

Then I was with 4 tablespoons of sugar milk. Then I stirred it well with the sleeve so that the sugar was mixed.

Step-6:

After the sugar melted well I poured the powdered milk mixed in the bowl.

Step-7:

Then after 2 minutes of stirring, I will turn off the gas and take it down.

Step-8:

Then I poured it into another bowl.Then I poured it into another bowl. After a while, when it got cold, I left the pot in the fridge. I kept it in the fridge for about 2 hours.

Step-9:
I cut all the fruit slowly. At first I cut the pomegranate.

2nd i cut the apple

3rd i cut the 3 bananas & cherry fruit.

Atlast i cut the half of mango .

Step-10:
After 2 hours I took the pot out of the fridge. I put the fruit and the pot together.

Then I mixed all the mixed things. Eventually, my custard was finished.
