Now we are living in the digital world. Here on that world everybody is busy with their study, work or other tasks. There is no free time for anyone. As a result, people are making distance among them and suffering from various diseases as they have no time for thyself. Here comes leisure.

In today’s life, a student who is reading at class 2 or 3 carry a bag as such amount that it seems that nothing is in his life without study. He studies all day, no times for playing or other work. People are working only for money. No refreshment for anyone. People work all day long. On leisure period also they work. They are being sleepless.

But in our day-to-day life, leisure is a most important thing. Because we work all day long and as like machine our body also need rest. That is given by leisure. We must spend that period in such way that our body can take rest on that time. Or we can spend it by reading a novel, poem or any another book. Exercise can also be done in that time. But the most important factor is we must sleep 6+ hour in a day. Without sleep, we will lose our mind.

Our brain does its work all day long, so we must give it rest. So, we have to sleep and must change our tasks after a certain amount of time. Because if we do any same work for a long time, it will impact on our body. As we saw in school. They study 2 or 3 hours simultaneously, and then they get leisure period. A child gets a huge amount of leisure time and that’s why they play a lot and do other jobs, and they are out of diseases. We must spend our leisure time in such a way that it will be beneficial for our body and mind.
