well if we talk about delegation, all communities really need delegation. that's important for all of us, and by delegating steempower then the community will be strong. the voice we get is also big, together we can build, and help the community.here are some the step when I add a delegate to the account @steemit-bd and hopefully it can help. even though the number is small before I delegated 350 steem power and now I have added to steem power.
