Steem-bangladesh Contest: Food Review | Recipe

Hello everyone. Joining this contest and sharing to you a recipe. More like an experiment than a recipe. 😆

You know that feeling when you crave but dont have the necessary ingredients to make it? Sucks right. But then again you improvise. Using just what you have to make a pasta dish. Somehow it worked for me. Got lucky. 😏

So here is the experiment or we can all it.. The leftover pasta recipe.

What i used:

• Angel Hair Pasta
• Egg
• Leftover Cheese Spread
• Leftover Mushrooms
• Leftover Spam
• Salt
• Black Pepper
• Oil

What i did:

• Cook the spaghetti as per package instructions.
• Heat oil in pan and stir fry the mushrooms and spam.
• I added black pepper as the spam gets toasted and mushrooms sweating.

The ~ I didnt take a picture instructions coz my hands were busy ~ part

• Mix well the egg and leftover cheese spread.
• Add a little pasta water to the mixture.
• Add the spaghetti noodles to the pan.
• Turn off the heat and slowly pour the mixture on the pasta while stirring.
• Keep on stirring. It will look like an omelette if you dont stir it.
• Turn on low heat and cook until sauce thickens.
• Add salt and pepper. Adjust according to taste.

Cheesy and creamy. Cravings satisfied. 😊

NOTE:
I dont know the measurements of the ingredients. I just eyeballed everything. What i made is good for 1 person only.
