Flower photography and writing contest

Hello everyone. I am joining again in this photography and writing contest.

I am sharing with you is this Leek flower buds. I noticed then the flower buds looked pretty that they were out of their casing. Took a few photos before i chop and cook it. I added it to my ramen. Yum! 😋 Yes the flower buds are edible as well. You can use it as toppings on soups or noodles. You can also include this with the leaves for sauteing.

The gray background was my fridge. Natural sunlight was casted from the window to the floor which reflected on the fridge door. The only part that i had a hard time capturing this was when i had to hold it. I didnt have a stand for the leek and my hands were a bit shaky. 😆 Who would have thought that the leek flower buds can look so dramatic. 😆 I was surprised and happy to see the outcome of each picture.

Photos are taken and edited using my Oppo F11 Pro.
