How I can contribute to eradicating poorverty in my area.

I come from an area were poorverty is the talk of the day , being a less developed county ,it makes it really harder.
However there are several options that are available and I will be talking you through the steps I can take to eradicate poorverty in my area, I will like to say that I am a trained agricultural engineer ,and it's from this premise that I will draw my strategy.
Step 1
The first step in this pooverty aliviation program in my area is to sensitise and bring together those who are interested in animal and crop production.
Step2
Mentor them ,through a work study program in my own farm so that they do not have to pay any tuition and gain hands on training in feed production, farm management and construction and animal business .based on their speed of understand and level of education this mentorship program can last from 3 to 6 months .
Step3
So that the training is sustainable and the trainees are comfortable .one the main criterial of becoming a part of this program is owning a steem account at the beginning of the program and if you can not afford a phone to steem with ,from my rewards I will give out an interest free loan and a 20% of the money as my own steem gift . From the time you start your training , you also start to blog on steem so that within the 3 to 6 month upon your completion you will be able to use your steem rewards to start a farm like mine when I started
Step 4

From constructing this single room fence and start with only one pig, from their steem rewards during this training ,they will grow bigger

And will be able to grow to bigger structure and will be able to take care of the bill with income from their farm and their steem reward get above the pooverty line in no time without having to borrow money from anyone

Step 5

The last stage in this program is the propergation of this project in different areas ,this will ensure that more and more people get training and established in different areas will promoting steem at its best.
With is system in 10years thousands of people will be able to live able to live above the pooverty line and be motivated to train people in other works of life besides agriculture and to gether put smiles and give hope to millions to chase their dreams without being a Borden to their families and the country as a whole as this will enable them creat jobs rather than being job seekers.
This is system has been test by me and I have moved above the pooverty line in under 1 year, so am positive as I am a living testimony of this program in my area, and this is my true life experience and practice
