Good job, although I believe you skipped some communities. Check here my monthly list of the communities with 10+ active users from end of July/beginning of August. It contains 125 communities. Even after excluding Korean and Chinese, some of them were not included on your list, like in example German communities, or gaming communities.

I will be publishing the new list on 1.09, and since then once per month like announced before.
