Vegetable Chicken Cashew-Peanut Salad

Ingredients: For the chicken - 1 cup boneless chicken cut into small cubes, half cup cornflower, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste, half teaspoon red chili powder, 1 egg, for frying Oil, salt (to taste), a little water (to grease the chicken if needed).

Useful for Fresh Salad: Slice a small amount of Carrot, Slice Cabbage, Slice a Cube, Slice Half Cup Cashews, Half Cup Peanuts, 2 Chilies, Slice Small Onion, Sliced Cucumber Sliced, Tomato Cut into slices, coriander leaves (even if you don't give it, it is better to give it).

For salad dressing, you will need - 1 tablespoon sweet chilies, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon chilies, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, half a spoon of soy sauce, half a teaspoon of chaat masala.

How to do it: Mix all the ingredients except the frying oil with the chicken and heat it to the desired extent. Cashew almonds and peanuts should also be fried. Now mix all the ingredients of salad dressing together and make the dressing. Now mix salad dressing with salad and serve with fried chicken and fried nuts. It's not only fun to eat, but also delicious with fried rice, pulao, and biryani.

Fried noodles

Ingredients: Boil instant noodles or 250 g fine spaghetti, cut onion into small slices, one teaspoon of garlic, one teaspoon of ginger, 5-6 pieces of cooked beef, cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, carrots cut into cubes to your liking, lightly boiled with a little salt, lightly boiled pony, 1 tbsp soy sauce, half a teaspoon of oysters, sesame oil or olive oil for frying, chili flakes for those who like salty 1 teaspoon should be added to taste.

How to do: Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the cooked beef slices a little. Then add 1 tbsp oil to the frying pan, add onion, garlic, ginger, and cabbage with lightly cooked vegetables and fry lightly till it starts to soften when the cabbage becomes transparent then add noodles and mix the noodles with the vegetables. Pour the soy sauce and oysters into the stage (mix well with the chili flakes and take them out of the oven and serve hot yakisoba.

Rice salad

Ingredients: Refrigerated cold rice, mayonnaise, chilies, salt to taste, vegetables (whatever you give, you can add as you like), cabbage powder, capsicum, carrot, cucumber, tomato, peas, sweet corn, coriander leaves, a little mustard oil.

How to make: First the vegetables should be cut into small cubes or cut into the desired shape then mix all the ingredients one by one in a bowl or plate and mix it lightly with cold rice and serve it as you like.

Healthy clear soup

Ingredients: A small amount of any seasonal vegetable in the house, a small amount of cauliflower, broccoli, Barbati, carrots, mushrooms to be cut into dump demo of your choice Half a teaspoon, a little green chili powder, 1 tablespoon cornflower, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, half a lemon juice, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, salt to taste, papaya powder a little.

How to do it: Mix the ingredients inadequate amount of water and pour it into the oven till it is cooked. When the vegetables are cooked, they should be put down. Heat oil in a pan, lightly fry onion, garlic, ginger powder, lightly fried shrimp, fry it lightly, add boiled vegetables with pre-dipped water, add soy sauce, add lemon juice and a little papaya powder, green chili powder (salt to taste) and take it out of the oven. The healthy clear soup should be poured and served hot.
