Why Fitness is Important
According to me our first priority is our body our fitness. Regular exercise and physical activity help to control many diesease mostly control heart❤️ problem.When you be active you can maintain your health and lose weight.it can easily help yo control your B.P problemand also control your stress .
Every morning walk in fresh air take a deep breath Fresh air is very good for lungs 🫁 it help to reduce your stress level..
If you are a diabetic patient then daily go for a morning walk in open area and walk half an hour daily ...My mother is a diabetic patient and she walk daily in ground .when you are walk in grass it's fresh your mind also...
There are many types of exercise you can do in the morning for Healthy body and fitness.
Not only exercise take a healthy drink in a morning always drink Healthy shake after work out ...
Eat 4 bananas and one glass of warm milk drink daily in morning after exercise.
It's help for those people who are thin. Try this one month you can see your body looks healthy and face is glowing.
Second you can drink mix fruit juice in the morning .
Take all the fruits available in your home easily.
Take a blender add 1cup of milk or fruits blend it properly this is very healthy drink .. Fruit juice is perfect glucose after workout.A variety of fruit juice with the load of milk is an experience you sure to love 💕.

There is a very strong connection between mind and physical health.
And most important thing food play and important role in our daily life when you saw you favorite food you mind automatically fresh and happy...
For example when i saw spaghetti in my plate mind suddenly excited thats why I'm saying its important . Because we all are struggling for food 3 time.And when we have no money we are firstly and mind depressed about food it can be a different level stree .

If you are mentally weak it automatically effect your physical health on the same time if you're physically weak it's effect your mind...Mental health is very essential for physical health if you're mind is Healthy it's mean everything gonna be a good around you
