Assalamualaikum friends.. how are you all hope all is well, i am fine too.Today I am going to participate in the Week Two Cooking Contest by Steem Bangladesh community. Thanks to @rokonn for organizing such a contest.
Today I will create a special recipe called French Fries, In a very short time, I have made this recipe French Fries is one of my very favorite recipes.
The ingredients needed to make this recipe are given below:
★Long and thick potatoes.
★Noodles spice.
★Hot water.
★Salt.
★Cooking oil.
It takes very few ingredients to cook it, so let's start cooking...
Step-1➤➤
First, the potatoes should be washed well and cut into long, evenly sliced evenly.Soak it in water for a while before cooking.
Step-2➤➤
Now heat water in a pan and add five to six teaspoons of salt on it and leave it for a while to heat the water.

After a while, the cut potato pieces should be put on hot water.You have to pay a small amount, you can't give too much.

Now increase the power of the fire and leave it for a while for the potatoes to be cooked.Potatoes cannot be boiled too much, they have to be boiled half.

Once the potatoes are cooked, place the potatoes on top of the sieve so that the water falls down And leave for a while to cool.

Now after a while you have to heat oil in a pan to fry them, Once the oil is hot, let the boiled potatoes go over the oil.

Fry the potato pieces twice, then the fry will be good and it will be good to eat. So you have to wipe it once with a tissue paper and leave it for a while.

Now you have to fry it well once more, fry it till it turns a little red and take care not to burn it on high heat.
