It's a shame I can't find the source but these are giveaways:
"delicate dispatch" would have been "soft launch".
"Walk 22" would have been a date.
Even a translator wouldn't make these mistakes.
Why you are ashamed. The user must be ashamed. I have labeled him [Suspect 🚩] tag.
"It's a shame" is an expression. Another way of saying "I am disappointed". So, I'm disappointed that I can't find the source 🙂 I know when somebody's up to no good though.
