INGREDIENTS-

• Chicken - 250 g
• Onion 3 pices cut into pieces
• Capsicum 1 piece
• Papaya 1/4
• Carrot 1 piece
• 1 tsp salt
• Garlic cut into small pieces
• Zinger cut into small pieces
• Green pepper 3 pieces
• Corn Flour
• Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
• 1 cup soybean oil

METHOD-

Step : 01

Heat 1 cup soybean oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the ginger and garlic. Then I fry for a while.

When the ginger and garlic are fried, I add the chicken. Then cook like this for a while.
