How are you all friends? Hope you are well. Today I will share my beef with potatoes cooking recipe with you. I hope you like it.

Although there are many different ways to cook beef. I will share my way which I like to cook.

^{Beef with potatoes}

INGREDIENTS-

• Beef 2 kg
• Potatoes
• Chopped onion 1.5 cup
• Garlic 7 pieces
• 1 Bay leaf.
• 1 tbsp Garam masala
• 2 tbsp Turmeric
• 2 tbsp Dried Chili powder
• 2 tbsp Ginger paste
• 2 tbsp Garlic paste
• Green pepper
• Salt and water as required.

METHOD-

Step : 01

First, the raw beef should be smeared with spices. Now the marinated meats should be marinated and left. Marinating the meat in this way makes the meat much softer and smoother. And it feels great to eat humble meat.

Step : 02

Now you have to heat the oil in a pot first. Then when the oil is hot, add chopped onion, garlic, and bay leaf. Now you have to fry them very well. Fry the onions till they turn brown.

Step : 03

This time the marinated meats should be shaken well with meats. Now you have to cook in medium heat with the lid on for a while.

Step : 04

When the oil comes out of the meat, you have to add the pre-cut potatoes at this stage of cooking. Then shake well again. This time cover with water as required and cook for about 20 minutes.

Step : 05

Meat potatoes and meat should be checked to see if they are almost cooked. I opened the lid and checked and saw that the cooking was almost done. So I cooked on low flame for another 10 minutes. Cooked beef with potatoes recipe.
