Butterfly - Beneficial insect of nature

Butterflies are a beautiful and beneficial insect in our environment. However, their lifespan is very short. They do not live long. Most species live 1 week. Again some butterflies do not live even 1 week.

They fly around and collect honey. It is very difficult to take pictures of them. You have to wait for them to be photographed. Because they are seldom fixed in one place. When they swell and match the fan, it seems that they are so beautiful. Really beautiful.

Butterflies not only swell and fly, but also transmit pollen. Fertilization of flowers is completed after transfer of pollen. As a result of pollination by butterflies, the plant is able to reproduce.

Experts say that butterflies can understand the changes in the weather and their habitat also changes due to the change in the weather. They can't stay in extreme heat and extra winter. Not only do they collect honey by blooming, they also collect food from perishable substances. This benefits the environment.

More butterflies are seen during winter. They are quite sensitive. Even if they fly, they cannot fly continuously for a long time. Not many butterflies are seen during the rainy season, they are dormant due to the monsoon.

The contribution of butterflies to the beauty and protection of the environment is undeniable. However, this beneficial insect is going to be extinct today. Butterflies are getting lost due to environmental pollution and deforestation.

But, the hope is that butterflies are commercially cultivated in many countries. In many countries, butterflies are fair and conserved by creating a suitable environment for them. It's a really good initiative. Everyone needs to be made aware of the need for butterflies. If a butterfly is lost, it will have an effect on nature. Plant destruction, environmental pollution, climate change are all reasons for the extinction of butterflies. If they become extinct, we and our environment will suffer.

There are many species of butterflies all over the world. A lot of research has been done on this insect. So far 300 species of butterflies have been identified in Bangladesh. Again, many species have become extinct due to environmental pollution.

And many more species will become extinct if deforestation and environmental pollution are not stopped. Bangabandhu Safari Park in Bangladesh has a butterfly garden. This is definitely a good initiative. We should all come forward to protect the butterflies.
