THE DIARY GAME : 15/09/2020

I woke up at 11:30am today. I went to the washroom, brushed my teeth and washed my hands and face. Then the first thing I did was calling the customer service provider who was supposed to provide me with the replacement of my monitor. He received my call on the third attempt. He told me that he would receive the replaced monitor from the importer today and would be able to hand it over to me the next day. But there happened to be an inconvenience as he told me that I have to buy a new adapter. I told him that the adapter must come in the box with the monitor. He replied that there was no warranty for the adapter. I told him that my previous adapter was absolutely okay when I deposited it with the problematic monitor and they also checked it before receiving my monitor. But he refused it without any courtesy. So, I told him that I would come by the shop tomorrow and see the problem myself, then he cut the line. I went to my brother who was watching television and told him everything. He told me that he would go with me tomorrow as he was sensing some trouble.

I sat down for breakfast at half past 12. Then I sat down with my brother to watch television. My brother discussed the problems we might face while receiving the replacement.

At 1:30pm I went to take shower. After taking the shower I felt the shoulder pain again. So, I prepared a hot water bag and put it on my shoulder. My aunt set the table for lunch at 2:15pm. I had bread, honey, papaya and omelet for lunch while my brother and aunt had rice, daal, papaya and chicken.

After lunch both my brother and aunt went to take a nap. I was preparing myself for studying while I received an sms informing me that I had to face a job interview tomorrow in one of the banks I applied for. Then I checked my email and found detailed information about the interview. I read through the whole email. Then I received another email with a proper guideline for the interview. The interview will be taken online through an app called zoom.

In the afternoon my aunt made me tea while I was studying about how to present myself in a professional manner. In the evening my brother woke up and I showed him the emails I had received. He told me that it was not a position that I should prefer as a starter to my career. But he also told me that I should attend the interview anyway, it will give me an opportunity to experience how a real interview works. He also suggested some topics for the interview.

My brother got ready and ate his dinner at 8 O'clock as he had a night shift. He left home at 8:30pm. I continued to study for that interview. My aunt and I had dinner at 10:30pm. Then I prepared the bed for my aunt. Then I passed some time on facebook and later wrote this diary.
